Fabric Care
Follow the care label supplied with your item first. A collection name such as lawn, linen or velvet does not establish its fibre composition, colourfastness or permitted cleaning method.
Before washing or cutting
Inspect every piece, read the label, and check embroidery, trims and borders. If a label is missing or unclear, ask support using the product’s design code before treating the fabric. Keep the item unaltered while a return question is being reviewed.
Washing and cleaning
Use only the cleaning method and temperature permitted by the label. Do not assume that all embroidered fabrics can be hand washed or that every delicate item must be dry cleaned. Tell a cleaner about attached trims and follow their assessment of the actual item. Avoid bleach unless the label expressly permits it.
Drying and ironing
Check the label for tumble-drying, hanging and ironing restrictions. Do not apply direct heat to embroidery, embellishments or raised surfaces without instructions for that item. Ask for guidance before using a steamer or pressing cloth on an unfamiliar finish.
Storing your outfit
Store only when fully dry. Protect embellishments from catching on other garments and avoid overloading hangers or crushing decorative surfaces. Check stored items periodically for moisture. Keep the care label with spare fabric or accessories so future cleaning decisions are based on the same instructions.
