These terms explain shopping and ordering through MintLight. Read the product details, final order summary and linked policies before confirming your purchase. Contact support if a detail is unclear.

Products and availability

The store offers clothing designs shown in its current catalog. Check the selected variant, stitched status and included pieces. Styling accessories shown in photographs are included only when stated. Screen settings and lighting may affect displayed colours. If an item becomes unavailable, contact support about the affected order and any payment already made.

Prices and payment

Prices are in PKR. The checkout summary shows the product total, applicable discount and delivery charge. Use only the methods and active payment accounts displayed for your order. Manual transfers require verification; submitting a reference or receipt does not itself confirm payment. Read payment help.

Order details and delivery

Provide an accurate name, Pakistan delivery address and reachable contact information. Keep your order number. Order placement, payment verification and courier dispatch are separate steps. Delivery estimates and charges are explained on Shipping & Delivery; estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Changes, cancellation and returns

Use the actions available in your order details or contact support promptly about a correction. A parcel already dispatched may require a different process. The return policy explains the request window, conditions and steps. Do not send a return without instructions.

Your account and submissions

Keep your password and verification codes private. Provide accurate information and submit only reviews, questions, images and comments you are entitled to share. Do not post payment receipts, addresses or private contact details in public reviews or comments. Contact support if you suspect someone has accessed your account.
